“Creating Age-Appropriate Supplement Routines for Siblings”

Every child is different — and so are their nutritional needs! When you have siblings with an age gap, their bodies may need different vitamins and minerals. For example, younger children need more Vitamin D and iron for growth, while older kids may benefit from probiotics for gut health and immune support (Journal of Pediatric Health Care, 2020).

Start by checking with your pediatrician for individual recommendations. Keep each child’s routine separate if needed: gummies for one, liquid drops for another. This helps avoid mix-ups and ensures each child gets what they need.

Practical Idea:
Make it fun! Use different colored organizers for each sibling. Create a morning checklist so they can do it together — but with personalized doses.
